Darlene Marie Berberabe, chief executive officer of Home Development Mutual Fund, in a quick tour inside the housing project of the provincial government of Sarangani – The Capitol Residences - before the ceremonial turnover of the first batch of houses to its beneficiaries Tuesday, January 24, at the subdivision site in purok Sto. Nino, barangay Poblacion, in Alabel town. It marks the first time that a local government unit engages in PPP (private public partnership) housing development project in Mindanao and maybe the whole Philippines.
