MAITUM, Sarangani (January 27, 2017) – This contingent is 1st runner up in the Bangsi Festival street dancing showdown Friday, January 27. Bangsi is Maitum's One Town One Product (OTOP), providing livelihood to coastal households. Its value-added product, the marinated and half dried flying fish, is a popular pasalubong and breakfast fare. Bangsi Festival also honors the fisherfolk who capture fish for livelihood.
