GENERAL SANTOS CITY (February 17, 2014)- Four year-old Antonio Estrera Jr. of barangay Tuyan, Malapatan, Sarangani benefits from the free surgical mission of World Surgical Foundation (WSF). Antonio suffers from hernia and without the free surgical operation, the family would have had to raise more or less P15,000. The surgical mission started Monday, February 17, and will end on February 22 at General Santos City District Hospital. Beneficiaries come from various parts of Sarangani and General Santos City. This mission by WSF was made possible by Congressman Manny Pacquiao, Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao, in partnership with LGU GenSan. (Jake T.
