Law and defense training in barangay

MALUNGON, Sarangani (February 21, 2014) - A police officer demonstrates how to arrest a suspected criminal during the training on law and defense organized by the Integrated Barangay Defense Force (IBDF) on February 19-21. The training involved the 73rd Infantry Battalion. IBDF is also into volunteer service for community development. Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon who conceptualized the partnership among community volunteers, PNP and Army while he was still the vice governor has worked for PhilHealth benefits for members.
