ALABEL, Sarangani (January 29, 2014) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (left) discusses the implementation of Japan’s Non-project Grant Aid with the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO) and Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) Monday, January 27. The Non-project Grant Aid (NPGA) of the Government of Japan will provide weather and flood early warning facilities in three major river basins in Mindanao namely: Davao, Buayan-Malungon and Tagoloan.
