GENERAL SANTOS CITY (March 27, 2015) – The municipal government of Malungon, Sarangani receives Resolution No. 2015-08-035, a “Resolution Declaring the Municipality of Malungon as the 1st Zero Open Defecation (100% Access to Sanitary Toilet) Practicing Municipality in the Province of Sarangani” during the conduct of Municipal Health and Sanitation Summit Year 2 (March 26-27) at Greenleaf Hotel.
