KIAMBA, Sarangani (March 31, 2015) – The Inter-Barangay Basketball Tournament opens Saturday, March 28, at Kiamba Gym with 48 teams for two categories: the 10 years old to 14 years old category and 15 years old to 18 years old category. The tournament is sponsored by Congressman Emmanuel “Pacman” Pacquiao, Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon and Vice Gov.
