ALABEL, Sarangani (May 11, 2014) - The 1st Goldenboy Herrera Kite Festival takes flight on Thursday, May 8, with (from left) Rue Ramas, Councilor Homer "Goldenboy" Herrera, Regional Tourism Council chair Michelle Lopez Solon and Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon. The kite festival, held in an open field in Alabel, was competed by different kite flyers from Sarangani to Batangas with a total cash prize of P100,000 and trophies .
