ALABEL, Sarangani (May 8, 2014) – “We wanted to develop not only the curricular but also the extra-curricular activities of the students,” said Board Member Elmer de Peralta, acting Governor, as he opens the 5th Provincial Musabaqah on Monday, May 5. The Provincial Musabaqah (Maguindanao term for Madaris intramurals) was participated in by the Muslim community of Sarangani numbering to 2,500 competitors from all over the province. (Kim Windell V.
