ALABEL, Sarangani (May 29, 2014) - Isagani dela Cruz, schools division superintendent, signs the Memorandum of Understanding between Plan International Inc., Resilience and Change for Children and Families in Mindanao (REACH) and Department of Education-Sarangani Wednesday, May 28, at the Capitol gym. Both parties agreed to join efforts and to maintain a close working relationship in order to achieve their mutual objectives of respecting, protecting and fulfilling the rights of the poor, excluded and marginalized children within the province of Sarangani.
