GUMASA, Glan (May 17, 2014) – “Creativity” is another name for #sarbayfest2014 as many skillful hands and ingenious minds participate in the traditional Sand Sculpture Competition Friday, May 17. The Team Antigo bagged the first place, while Glan Padidu Team and AZAP Team ranked as 2nd and 3rd place, respectively. Prizes for the winning entries are P10,000, P8,000, and P5,000.
