GENERAL SANTOS CITY (May 29, 2014) - In his keynote speech during the DOST - Regional Invention Contest and Exhibits, Sarangani Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon emphasizes that a country which has an excellent science research technology base is more powerful than the others. He stressed that inventors and researchers play an important role in nation building. Gov.
