ALABEL, Sarangani (May 11, 2014) - Alabel Kite Festival kicks off with thousands of spectators on May 8-9. The event was an initiative of Councilor Homer "Goldenboy" Herrera to gather kite flyers from different parts of the country, battling it out for P100,000 total cash prizes.
