ALABEL, Sarangani (May 29, 2014) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon signs the commitment wall supporting Plan International Inc., Resilience and Change for Children and Families in Mindanao (REACH) and the Department of Education-Sarangani Wednesday, May 28, at Capitol gym. Both parties agreed to join efforts and to maintain a close working relationship in order to achieve their mutual objectives of respecting, protecting and fulfilling the rights of the poor, excluded and marginalized children within the province.
