ALABEL, Sarangani (June 27, 2011) - Governor Migs Dominguez tells his department heads in his message for the week that “it is easier to influence your people if you have built up a good and strong relationship with them” during the flag raising ceremony Monday, June 27, in front of Capitol building. The governor also announced the designation of Jelyn Apura and Imelda Senobago as acting department head and acting assistant department head, respectively, of the Provincial Planning and Development Office.
