ALABEL, Sarangani (August 26, 2011) - Provincial Muslim employees, Muslim leaders from SOCSARGEN and provincial officials gather at the Capitol gym Thursday, August 25, for the 3rd provincial Grand Iftar celebration. Iftar refers to the evening meal when Muslims break their fast during the Islamic month of Ramadhan.
