GENERAL SANTOS CITY (August 10, 2011) – A man points at a hole in the hull of foreign vessel MV HS Puccini which collided with MV Bulk Carrier 1 which sank Tuesday night, August 9, off Matil Pt. in Lumatil, Maasim, Sarangani.
