MAASIM, Sarangani (August 30, 2011) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon, assistant regional director Gemma Rivera of DSWD R-XII and Maasim municipal officials take a snapshot with the recipients of DSWD SEA-K program during the turnover ceremony Friday, August 26, of Self Employment Assistance Kaunlaran (SEA-K) funds.
