ALABEL, Sarangani (August 18, 2011) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (6th right) and 1-UTAK national chairman Atty. Vigor Mendoza II (7th right) lead the ceremonial turn-over of check worth P50,000 to the Sarangani Transport Alliance Federation during the Sarangani transport consultative meeting at Capitol gym Wednesday, August 17.
