MALUNGON, Sarangani (July 11, 2014) - "We aim to uplift the quality of education in Sarangani," Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon tells school children Wednesday, July 9. The governor attended the Barangay Cherry Mobile: Cherry Mobile Foundation's "Be Cool in School" Project in partnership with the Department of Education and the Sulong Sarangani Program in Kinabalan Elementary School that gave out school supplies to students. This is part of the Sulong Karunungan component of the Sulong Sarangani Program of Sarangani headed by Gov. Solon in partnership with Cong. Manny Pacquiao and Vice Gov. Jinkee Pacquiao. Solon inspired and encouraged the pupils to strive hard for their studies to attain their goals and ideals in life.
