MAITUM, Sarangani (July 7, 2014) - Dr. Arvin Alejandro (in plaid shirt), provincial health officer, heads the provincial government’s Tutok Buntis program, giving checkup and free kits to pregnant women during the medical and dental mission and Dumanon Kailian (outreach) at barangay Mabay on July 4.
