MALUNGON, Sarangani (July 17, 2014) - Cong. Manny Pacquiao, Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon and Mayor Reynaldo Constantino lead the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the newly-installed LandBank of the Philippines Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in front of the Municipal Hall.
