MAITUM, Sarangani (July 25, 2014) – Members and officers of Women In Development of Sarangani (WINDS) fish processing cooperative apply the strategies of the books of account such as planning, budgeting, recording and preparation during the workshop in Gal E’ Libun: Financial Management and Documentation Training at Barangay Old Poblacion on July 22-23.
