MALUNGON, Sarangani (July 17, 2014) - Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon congratulates the officials and residents of Malungon for the successful celebration of their 45th Foundation Anniversary on July 15. In his foundation anniversary message, Gov. Solon shared the verse "Those who wish to be first, must be willing to be last and a servant of all" expressing the true spirit of leadership and gave recognition to the pioneers who stood as the pillars of Malungon.
