MALUNGON, Sarangani (September 15, 2012) - Municipal Social Welfare and Development personnel assisted by MDRRMC personnel extend relief assistance to flood victims during a Pacquiao-LGU weekly ‘Lingap sa Barangay’ program led by Mayor Reynaldo Constantino at the Malandag Gymnasium. Officials said a total of 432 households were affected during the September 8 flashflood.
