QUEST adopted by Alabel as regular program

 

ALABEL, Sarangani (September 20, 2012) - Vice Mayor Vic Paul Salarda gestures as he delivers a message during the public hearing Thursday, September 20, for “Institutionalizing an Education Reform Program” known as Quality Education for Sarangani Today (QUEST) as a regular program of the municipality and as a poverty alleviation tool.
