GUMASA, Sarangani (April 30, 2013) - Sarangani Bay Festival 2014 is fast approaching, and the preparations are all set. A part of the celebration is the SarBay Fest Bay Bodies Competition, joined by different competitors around the region as well as outside. SarBay Fest Bay Bodies is a bikini open competition and one of the highlights of the festival.
