ALABEL, Sarangani (November 20, 2014) – On behalf of Vice Governor Jinkee Jamora Pacquiao, the Vice Governor’s Office staff through the Gal E’Libun Project team gave an early Christmas treat which includes gift giving, Bible sharing and feeding program to 85 kinder and Grade 1 students of Paraiso Elementary School on November 14.
