Sandoval, 9, from Barangay Datal Tampal, Malungon was among the recipients of wheelchairs distributed during the Serbisyong Sarangan-Community Outreach held at the Capitol Gym Wednesday, November 12. Serbisyong Sarangan-Community Outreach distributed 65 wheelchairs, in partnership with the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Latter Day Saints Charities, Mormons Helping Hands, Cebu Pacific, City Art, Air Travel and Tours and the Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani headed by Congressman Manny Pacquiao, Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and Vice Governor Jinkee J.
