ALABEL, Sarangani (November 7, 2014) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon joins the first batch of Alabel Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) during the training on the Basic Health Emergency and Disaster Management on Tuesday, November 4, conducted by the Sarangani Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Philippine Red Cross and the Barangay Health Emergency and Resiliency Program of the Sarangani Provincial Government. This is part of capacitating one of the frontline responders in the sitios/puroks which are the barangay health workers under Sulong Kaligtasan and Sulong Kalusugan.
