GENERAL SANTOS CITY (October 29, 2014) – Local officials, business and religious sectors, judiciary officers, and civil society from Sarangani Province, General Santos City, and South Cotabato participate in the public hearing and consultation on the Bangsamoro Basic Law or House Bill 9499 at the Notre Dame of Dadiangas University auditorium on October 24.
