ALABEL, Sarangani (October 29, 2014) – Some local legislators of Mindanao who are candidates for doctorate degree of the Philippine Councilors’ League (PCL) Legislative Academy pose at the Sarangani Capitol during their educational tour in the province on October 24 led by Glan Municipal Councilor Lito Cerna (2nd from left) and accommodated, among others, by Board Member Arman Guili (4th from left, back row) and Board Members Virgilio Clark Tobias and Eduardo Paras Sr. PCL offers a customized program to its members and even to interested local elected officials and employees so that they will be officially conferred with baccalaureate, masteral and doctorate degrees.
