ALABEL, Sarangani (November 13, 2014) – Beneficiaries of the Serbisyong Sarangan – Community Outreach were overwhelmed with the blessings they received. They expressed their gratitude to the NGOs like Physicians for Peace, Eyecrafter Clinic, and The Latter Day Saints thru Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon.
