MAASIM, Sarangani (November 17, 2014) – Delighted faces of the people of Barangay Kabatiol are evident as Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon visits them during their barangay foundation anniversary on November 8. Gov. Solon ascertained that their barangay will continually benefit from Sulong Sarangani flagship program. Sulong Sarangani is designed to establish a sustainable system of inclusive growth which will be measured primarily in terms of economic output and poverty reduction.
