ALABEL, Sarangani (November 5, 2014) – Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon and Vice Gov. Jinkee Pacquiao with former Maitum Mayor Elsie Perrett (center) join the Indigenous Peoples’ (IP) Day on October 29 at the Sarangani Capitol Gym attended by thousands of indigenous people from the different tribes (Blaan, Tboli, Tagakaolo, Kalagan, Manubo) in the province.
