ALABEL, Sarangani (November 12, 2014) - Asma Akmad (center) of the Provincial Governor’s Office and Marlyn Pelegrin of the Physicians for Peace Philippines assist John Mark B. Villegas in wearing his prosthetic leg. Villegas, 10, a Grade IV pupil of Malungon Central Elementary School, was among the beneficiaries of Serbisyong Sarangan community outreach at Capitol lobby on November 8.
