MALUNGON, Sarangani (March 27, 2014) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon congratulates one of the 30 first graduates of Mindanao State University-Malandag Extension Program during their 1st Pre-Commencement Exercises Wednesday, March 26. The 30 graduates had finished their Bachelor of Elementary Education Major in General Education course.
