KIAMBA, Sarangani (March 29, 2014) – German Piamonte (left), school principal of Kling National High School, hands over the Pertinent Papers for the Change of Name of Kling National High School to Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (right) during the 45th Graduation Exercises of James L. Chiongbian National Trade School (Kling National High school) Thursday, March 27. The application for its change of name was approved last December 2013 in honor of the governor’s grandfather, the late Congressman James L.
