GUMASA, Sarangani (April 27, 2014) - Mahin Festival 2014 may not be complete without this yearly exciting activity, the Horse Racing Competition which forms part of Glan’s history as horse riding is the first settlers’ way of transportation. This year’s winners are White Castle rider Eric Ragados as 1st placer, Bentong rider Boy Tanap, 2nd placer, and Sumbang rider Tito Pontilar as the 3rd placer.
