MAASIM, Sarangani (March 23, 2014)- Barangay Bales residents give a warm welcome to Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon during the community development forum and participatory assessment of the Sulong Sarangani Program. The program aims to take Sarangani out from the list of poorest provinces, thus, eliminating first the duplication of projects being implemented. Gov.
