MALAPATAN, Sarangani (April 3, 2014) - Meet Percita Caliwang, 50, mother of four and resident of Sitio Molo, Barangay Libi in Malapatan. Caliwang makes stick brooms and prepares a delivery to the General Santos City Public Market. She was able to send her children to college and three have already finished.
