MAITUM, Sarangani (June 27, 2014) - Municipal and barangay officials pose during the synchronized groundbreaking ceremonies of a water system each for Barangays Kiambing, Mabay, Old Poblacion, and Wali; and one box culvert for Barangay Pinol. From right are Mayor Pepito Catimbang, Barangay Capt. Arturo Desaville, Barangay Capt. Luisa Doctor, John Gamad of Department of Agrarian reform, Rolando Davin, Barangay Capt. Bello Valdez, and Barangay Capt. Thong Sapal. The projects were funded by DAR-PAMANA (PAyapa at MAsaganang PAmayanan or Peaceful and Resilient Communities).
