ALABEL, Sarangani (June 17, 2014) - President Anacleto “Bobby” Saya-ang (left) of Sarangani Province Employees Union (SPEU) gives a P97,800 “pabaon” from the union to retiring Capitol employee Teofilo Adana (center). Adana also received a P1,000 birthday gift check from the union during the flag raising ceremony retirement tribute Monday, June 16.
