MALUNGON, Sarangani (June 16, 2014) - Edcel Pontong, project coordinator of Sulong Tribu, one of the pillars of Sulong Sarangani Program of Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon, educates at least 250 barangay residents about IPRA Law during the Integrated Barangay Defense Force (IBDF) closing program in barangay Panamin on June 13.
