ALABEL, Sarangani (June 21, 2014) – The office of Vice Governor Jinkee Jamora Pacquiao conducts a two-day Gal E’ Libun Project: Leadership and Value Reorientation Training for 30 members of Sarangani Seaweeds Producers Cooperative (SASEPCO) at Barangay Kawas on June 18-19. Gal E’ Libun is a Blaan phrase which means “strong woman”. The training facilitated by Pastor Michael Sarsaba aims to strengthen new and existing micro-entrepreneur groups on the qualities and value style of an effective leader.
