Barangay Maribulan turns 62

ALABEL, Sarangani (August 14, 2014) - "Barangay Maribulan is one of the most progressive barangays in Sarangani, because of the community's hospitality to private investors that give employment and community-based activities," Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon declares during the 62nd Barangay Foundation Anniversary of Barangay Maribulan Tuesday, August 12. Gov. Solon committed P500,000 worth of developmental fund for the main barangay roads of Maribulan through the Sulong Sarangani convergence program with Cong. Manny Pacquiao, Vice Gov. Jinkee Pacquiao and the board members. Maribulan is home to the Provincial Capitol and big companies like the Southern Philippines Power Corporation and Alsons Aquaculture Corporation. Inset: Gov. Solon with Mayor Corazon Grafilo and former Governor Migs Dominguez. (Kim Windell V. Tiblani/PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR'S OFFICE)
