MAASIM, Sarangani (August 24, 2014) - Sarangani Paragliding Club president Ian Mar Tan and Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon with son Joshua give the first day of the International Paragliding Accuracy Competition (IPAC 2014) the thumbs-up as the governor and his brother Ken and a friend from Manila witnessed the event on August 22.
