GLAN, Sarangani (August 22, 2014) - Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon joins the barangay captains of Glan in the regular meeting of the Liga ng mga Barangay Wednesday, August 20. The barangay council league addressed their concerns to the provincial leadership regarding the submission of liquidation reports before receiving another financial assistance. Gov. Solon emphasized the need to follow auditing regulations imposed by the Commission on Audit (COA), but assured that his office had already commissioned a team and is already helping barangays to liquidate. Gov. Solon mentioned that the convergence program of the province that is Sulong Sarangani, in partnership with Cong. Manny Pacquiao and Vice Gov.
