MAITUM, Sarangani (December 21, 2014) - "Ang maayos na pamamalakad ng proyektong ito ay nasa inyong kamay," says DILG OIC regional director Reynaldo Bungubung before local officials and community members during the blessing and turnover ceremony of Kiayap-Malalag water system on December 15. He emphasized that it is now the duty of the barangay officials and community members to maintain and keep the project in working order. The national government's Sagana at Ligtas na Tubig sa Lahat (SALINTUBIG) program which aims to provide water supply system to waterless barangays of the qualified municipalities around the country initiated a water system project in barangay Kiayap.
