GLAN, Sarangani (December 9, 2014) – The Sangguniang Panlalawigan committee on health, environment and local enactment is conducting a marathon public hearing in the seven municipalities on December 3-15 regarding the draft ordinance authored by Vice Gov. Jinkee J. Pacquiao on breastfeeding and zero open defecation.
